    ECSpeRT hires students of all backgrounds and experience. You do not need to be in the sciences to apply and we welcome students from all years.

      1. Submit Questionnaire

      The PDF is linked on our website (click “Apply” above!) and Facebook page, or you can pick one up in our office 250 in the Student Centre. Read the job description and instructions that are attached to our questionnaire carefully. Submit your questionnaire and a resume to our office. Only hard copies accepted. You must be a student, alumni or employee of UTM to apply to ECSpeRT

      2. Interview

      If successful you will be selected for an interview and contacted via email to schedule your time slot.

      3. Application Package

      Once you are hired with ECSpeRT, your offer is conditional upon the completion of our application package which includes number of documents that include references, a police vulnerable sector check, an activity to familiarize yourself with campus, and more.

      4. Standard First Aid Course

      All members require Standard First Aid with CPR Level C with St. John Ambulance to volunteer with ECSpeRT, however you do not need your certification to apply. Our team will help you find a course that fits your schedule. Please note that certifications that are not with St. John Ambulance are not accepted.

      *Based on dedication and performance on the team, you maybe selected to participate in one of Advanced Medical First Responder courses.
